    Screen printing test squares, also known in the industry as "pellons", are great for setting up multi-color print jobs. These test squares are 16" x 18" and have a similar texture to t-shirts, and are very inexpensive! After registering all the screens on your press, simply do the first test print on one of these pellons rather than a t-shirt or whatever else you have laying around. Since the texture is similar to a t-shirt, you have a good idea how the final print will look. These also look really good on a wall so you can display all your fine work to your customers!.
