    EasiSolv 51 Stencil Remover Qt

    EasiSolv™ 51 Stencil Remover is a liquid, ready-to-use stencil remover/degreaser. This product was developed for use where premixing with water is not practical. EasiSolv 51 quickly and effectively dissolves all direct emulsions, direct/indirect stencils, and capillary films. This product has no VOCs.

     

    APPLICATION FOR EMULSION REMOVER:

     

    1. After removing the ink, apply EasiSolv 51 with a squirt bottle. Spray both sides of the emulsion. Wipe with a scrub pad no both sides of the emulsion/film.
    2. High-pressure rinse on both sides of the screen.
    3. Flood rinse the entire screen with a low-pressure rinse from the top to remove debris, splashback, and chemical residue. 

    4. If stubborn stains remain, apply an Easiway Systems, Inc. approved stain remover (701N) and high-pressure rinse.
